Notes to Quotation:

• Terms and Conditions Apply
• The total Initial Investment amount will be billed upon successful service activation
• Additional IP – RM 15 per month (RM 180 per year)
• Minimum contract is 12 months. Should customer terminate the contract before end of 12 months period, customer is responsible to pay the service fees for the remaining months
  
• Payment shall be made monthly/quarterly in advance
• One-time Installation Charges is payable upfront before service activation.
• The prices are excluding internal wiring and router.
• Service Level of Agreement is 99.7% for VDSL Network “On-Net” Only.
• Giga broadband Upload and Download speed is symmetrical.
